2020 Martin Luther King, Jr. Lecture in Social Justice

Penn President Amy Gutmann introduced Angela Davis and Gina Dent, both of the University of California, Santa Cruz, for the 2020 Martin Luther King, Jr. Keynote conversation, moderated by Margo Natalie Crawford, director of the Center for Africana Studies, professor of English, and Edmund J. and Louise W. Kahn Professor for Faculty Excellence at the University of Pennsylvania. The 19th annual keynote lecture was sponsored by the Center for Africana Studies and the Annenberg School for Communication and co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost and the Black Alumni Society.
