The newest members of the Penn community have arrived on campus, along with their suitcases, laptops, music collections, bookshelves, bedding and all the other things necessary to make a dorm room feel like home.
In what has become a move-in day tradition, Penn President Amy Gutmann paid a visit to Hill College House and other dorms to welcome some of the nearly 2,500 freshmen and their families.
