President Amy Gutmann, Penn undergraduate students, and the Penn Quaker celebrate the 227th birthday of the U.S. Constitution at Penn. President Gutmann serves on the Board of the National Constitution Center, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization devoted to the United States Constitution and its legacy.
