Convocation 2018

Penn President Amy Gutmann led Convocation, welcoming members of the Class of 2022 and new transfer students to the Penn community. The gathering was held on the College Green featuring performances by the Penn Glee Club and the The Quaker Notes, and was followed by a dessert reception, also on the College Green.

At Convocation, President Gutmann invited members of the great Class of 2022 to vote among three choices for official Class title. With thunderous applause and roaring cheers, the Class chose as their official title "Twenty-Two Together" which, at the suggestion of the Class, will be abbreviated “Twenty Two-gether.”
