An Engaging Conversation with Amy Gutmann and VP Joe Biden

Amy Gutmann, Penn President, hosted Joe Biden, the 47th Vice President of the United States, and Penn’s Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor, at Irvine Auditorium for an engaging, wide-ranging conversation. The Vice President also spent time answering audience questions. The Counterparts opened the event with a performance.
