Amy Gutmann, Penn President, moderated a discussion with The Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr., the 47th Vice President of the United States, and the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor, at Irvine Auditorium. The event was hosted for Penn undergraduate, graduate, and professional students in conjunction with the President’s Office, the Penn Biden Center and the Perry World House. Off The Beat, a Penn student a cappella group, performed for the audience before the program.
