More than 600 Penn alumni and friends attended Engaging Minds with President Amy Gutmann and Provost Vincent Price in New York. Penn faculty participants included Danielle S. Bassett, Skirkanich Assistant Professor of Innovation, Departments of Bioengineering and Electrical Systems Engineering, School of Engineering and Applied Science; Enrique Mendoza, Presidential Professor of Economics and Director, Penn Institute for Economic Research, Department of Economics, School of Arts & Sciences; Michael Platt, James S. Riepe University Professor, Department of Neuroscience in the Perelman School of Medicine, Department of Psychology in the School of Arts & Sciences, and Department of Marketing in the Wharton School.
