Inaugural Penn Biden Global Leaders Dialogue

On the one-year anniversary of the grand opening of the Perry World House (PWH), Penn President Amy Gutmann welcomed former Vice President Joe Biden for a conversation with former President of México Felipe Calderón. The Penn Biden Leaders Dialogue concluded the The Future of the Global Order in an Era of Populism, Nationalism, and Retrenchment conference and was held in partnership with the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
The Inaugural Conference on PWH’s research theme - The Future of the Global Order - explores how populism, nationalism and retrenchment as global phenomena are altering the global order as we know it. The topic is explored with world leaders, diplomats, military officials, journalists, and industry experts.
