National Voter Registration Day

President Gutmann joined Penn Leads the Vote in celebration of National Voter Registration Day on College Green. In addition to making it easy for students to register to vote, Penn Leads the Vote offered important information about absentee voting and commemorated the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage.
