National Voter Registration Day with Joe Biden

Penn President Gutmann and Vice President Biden, the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor, joined students representing Penn Leads the Vote, the Undergraduate Assembly, and the Graduate and Professional Assembly for a celebration on National Voter Registration Day.  The nonpartisan event, held at Houston Hall’s Bodek Lounge, was co-hosted by a number of student groups to provide Penn students with the opportunity to register to vote and make their voices heard on Election Day.
