New College House Celebration

Penn President Amy Gutmann joined the student residents, faculty and staff for an opening celebration of New College House on the western gateway to campus.  New College House is the most recent addition to the Penn College House system, and houses sophomores, juniors and seniors at the intersection of 40th Street and Locust Walk.
