President Amy Gutmann joined the Class of 2013, 2012, and 2011 Penn World Scholars for lunch.

The Penn World Scholars Program attracts outstanding students from around the globe and provides them with the foundation for lives as global leaders. Penn World Scholars are selected based on exceptional leadership potential, academic achievement, financial need, and career plans. They receive financial support throughout their time at Penn, consistent with the most generous awards available to undergraduates. They are chosen from among a geographically, linguistically, and culturally diverse pool of students who will enhance our student body’s academic competitiveness and global diversity.
