Welcome Back Picnic Junior and Sophomore Classes 2018

Penn President Amy Gutmann hosted members of the Junior Class of 2020 and the Sophomore Class of 2021 at a welcome back picnic and celebration on the College Green.

At the event, President Gutmann joined students in kicking off the new Second Year Experience Program designed to enhance all aspects of the Penn sophomore year. Expanded programming for second year students includes new non-credit courses and series as well as events focused on academics and research, social standing and community, personal finances and budgeting, and pre-professional and career exploration.
