William Penn Award

Amy Gutmann, Penn President, received this year’s William Penn Award, the highest honor presented annually by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, downtown at the Bellevue Hotel.  Joining her in the gala celebration were many proud Penn alumni, friends, business and civic leaders, the Penn Band, Quaker mascot, Penn Cheerleaders and the Penn Counterparts, who performed as part of the special award program.
