World Congress of Bioethics Keynote

President Amy Gutmann kicked off the 15th International Association of Bioethics’ World Congress of Bioethics, hosted by the Perelman School of Medicine’s Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Gutmann was joined virtually by PIK professor Jonathan Moreno and more than 600 scholars involved in the study of bioethics. “These are enormously challenging times,” Gutmann told bioethicists, watching and listening from across the globe. “The world has never needed you more than it needs you now.”
